2024 IDPA Match Schedule
Mark your calendar, here are the Monthly Match dates for 2024:
Monthly IDPA Match Dates – Tier 1 ( Match setup help is always welcome from 9am to 3pm on the Friday before each match )

SAT OCT 12 "Budget Gun Blowout"
Match Fees for the 2024 monthly IDPA matches will be $30.00 per shooter, $25.00 if member of Pioneer.
Pioneer IDPA Matches will adhere to the following time schedule:
Registration starts at 8:45 AM
Safety Brief 9:30 AM
First shots at 10:00 AM
Shooters will be assigned to Squads embedded with Safety Officers (SO) and shoot each Stage as a squad.
What you will need to compete in IDPA matches:
A "Safety First" Attitude; willingness to learn; and respect for the SO's donating their time.
A reliable service-type pistol or revolver
A concealable belt holster that allows ease in drawing and re-holstering
At least three loading devices, more is better.
Two magazine carriers or 3 speed loaders.
125 rounds of ammo minimum, 150 recommended.
EYE AND EAR PROTECTION (Mandatory)
Concealment garment. (Vest, Jacket, etc.)
$30.00 for competitors - Pioneer members $25.00

2024 Outdoor Practices
"TACTICAL TUESDAY" OUTDOOR PRACTICE SCHEDULE (5:00pm till Dusk - $6.00/each)
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF PIONEER SPORTSMEN TO PARTICIPATE IN PIONEER IDPA!!
You may register for "Tac Tuesdays" at www.Practiscore.com or just show up.
Starting 04/16/2024 and every Tuesday throughout the summer, our weekly "Tactical Tuesday" practices begin!! Cost is $6.00 and the hours will be 5pm to Dusk. We recognize that everyone's' work schedule is different, so our practices are geared so shooters can just show up any time after 5pm and we will rotate you into the drills.
These practices will introduce shooters to the safety requirements, gun handling skills and techniques, and gear necessary to participate in IDPA. Our goal is to encourage participation in IDPA and improve shooters safe gun handling skills. You will learn a lot in this low key, no pressure environment. Every practice that falls on the Tuesday before our monthly match will be focused on the new shooters who have never shot a match, so they can be more familiar with the commands and what to expect at their first IDPA match. Practice sessions incorporate drills that allow shooters to join us anytime between 5pm to dusk. Pioneer IDPA Practice Sessions are open to ANYONE who is interested in learning more about IDPA! The cost is a very reasonable $6.00, so mark your calendars for every Tuesday evening!!!
