JOAD Club Information

When: Monday Nights                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Where: Pioneer Where: Pioneer Sportsmen Club - Sportsmen Club

Time: 5:00pm – 7:30pm

Cost: $60 for 6 week session

Designated for new or beginner archers who would like to train and improve their archery skills in a friendly, club-like environment.  Archers will be provided general archery instruction, and will also be introduced to USA Archery's National Training System (NTS), which is the system used by the US Olympic archery team. 

Members of this club do not have to own their own equipment, everything will be provided. The goal of the Monday JOAD club is to provide the archers with a firm foundation in archery in a structured but fun environment. 

Basic JOAD Registration Information:

Registration is open to ages 8-20

One-time Registration Fee: $30.00

The Registration Fee ($30.00) and Session Dues ($70.00) can be paid by cash or check.

You must be a USA archery member to register. You do not need to be Pioneer Sportsmen member, but Pioneer Sportsmen Club members receive priority.

Archers must wear khaki pants and Pioneer JOAD Club shirt (shirt will be provided).  Please register promptly, as spots are limited.


Pioneer JOAD Tournament Team

When: Wednesday nights

Where: Pioneer Sportsmen Club

Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

This JOAD program is for our more advanced archers who are serious about competing and is an 'invitation only' program.  Members for this team are selected from our Monday night JOAD program.

 

Pioneer Adult Archery Achievement Program 

The Pioneer Adult Archery Achievement Program (AAAP) is a program of USA Archery that allows adults to learn proper shooting technique, achieve awards based on score, and pursue competition if they wish, during a series of classes taught by a certified coach or instructor.

Similar in scope to USA Archery's Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) program, the Adult Archery Program is a logical "next step" for adult archers pursuing this lifetime sport.

Pioneer Adult Archery Program Information:

When: The AAAP program has been cancelled until further notice due to COVID-19.

Where: Pioneer Sportsmen Club

Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Cost: $15 per session

Registration Information:

Registration is open to ages 20 and above

If you would like to receive a registration form, please email the Pioneer JOAD/AAAP Secretary and a link to the registration form will be sent to you.

One time registration fee: $20.00

The registration Fee ($20.00) and session dues ($15.00) can be paid by cash or check at the first session.

No uniform requirement...option to purchase club shirt for those archers who wish to compete in local, regional and National Tournaments.  You must be a USA Archery member to register.

You do not need to be Pioneer Sportsmen member, but Pioneer Sportsmen Club members will receive priority. Archers must own their own equipment.
